Men’s Ministry
The Men’s Bible Study Breakfast meets every 1st Saturday of the month at 8:00 am until about 9:30 am at the church building. We enjoy each other’s fellowship over a breakfast meal that usually includes bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy as well as cinnamon rolls. Someone will lead a short Bible study, which usually starts with a scripture reading followed by discussion. If you need to leave early to get to work on time, it’s no problem. Come for as long as you can.
A few ways that a person could serve in this ministry is by helping to prepare the breakfast meal, leading the bible study, or helping with clean up. The cooks show up at about 6:30 am. If getting up extra early isn’t your thing, then we are always looking for volunteers to lead the Bible study. And finally, cleanup, which consists of just washing and putting away few dishes.
In addition, a small men’s group meets every Thursday at 8:00 am at Coral Lozano for breakfast, a devo and prayer, and fellowship. The Men’s group is also actively involved in “on-call” projects such as workdays around the building, helping someone move, assisting with yard work for our older members, and many other activities.
